AI Usage & Transparency Policy

As a podcast dedicated to changemakers and education system reform, we believe in the importance of transparency and human integrity in the work we produce. This policy outlines how we use—and how we do not use—Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the creation of this podcast.

1. Our Commitment

We are committed to authentic storytelling and meaningful discourse. We believe that AI should be used as a supportive tool to enhance efficiency, not as a replacement for human judgment, critical thinking, or the unique voices of our guests.

2. Current AI Usage

At this time, our workflow is as follows:

  • Production & Editing: All recording and professional audio editing is performed by humans. No AI is used to generate or synthesize voices or to edit the content of our conversations.

  • Content Creation: Currently, all social media content is drafted by a human Virtual Assistant (VA).

  • Policy Development: We utilize AI tools as a writing aid to draft internal policies and administrative documents, ensuring they are clear, structured, and compliant.

3. Potential Future Usage

In the future, we may utilize AI tools to assist in the drafting of show notes, timestamps, or episode summaries. If and when we integrate these tools, we adhere to the following principles:

  • Human Oversight: Every piece of content generated with AI assistance will be reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by the show host (or the Limitless human team) before publication.

  • Accountability: We take full responsibility for the accuracy and quality of all content published under the Limitless brand, regardless of whether AI tools were used to assist in the drafting process.

  • No Deception: We will never use AI to fabricate guest quotes, manipulate audio to change a guest's meaning, or create "deepfake" content.

4. Intellectual Property & Ethics

We respect the intellectual property of our guests and collaborators. AI tools will not be used to process or store sensitive guest data in a way that infringes upon their privacy or the ownership of their intellectual contributions.

5. Updates to this Policy

As technology evolves, so might our processes. We will keep this policy updated to reflect how we use AI. Any significant changes will be communicated to our audience.
